Methods tried were uninstalling the Pixma software and drivers and reinstalling with no results. I am unable to scan using either the scanner software or, Windows Fax and Scan software. I can print and copy using this machineįrom my pc. Have tried several different methods to alleviate the problem of Windows not recognizing the scanner on my printer.
